Eligibility
This service is available exclusively to approved corporate customers with valid purchase authorisation through the official event merchandise portal. All orders must be placed under the registered corporate account associated with the event.
Order Collection
- Orders placed through the concert eCommerce portal will be delivered to the nominated suite, and performance day. Please ensure you include your Suite No., Show Date & Name in the customer note at checkout – missing information may delay or prevent delivery.
- Suite deliveries will be made between 6:00pm and 7:30pm on the day of the event.
- Corporate customers (or their representatives) must present the order confirmation email and a valid photo ID or corporate staff pass at the time of collection.
Order Cut-Off
Orders must be finalised by 5pm Tuesday 9 December to ensure processing and allocation for event-day pickup. Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed for delivery.
Uncollected Orders
Orders not collected during the specified collection window will be deemed forfeited. Refunds or re-collection will not be available due to event-day operational constraints.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after the order cut-off date.
- In the case of event cancellation, refund or credit arrangements will be communicated directly to corporate customers.
Product Availability
While every effort is made to ensure product availability, stock allocation is made on a first-come, first-served basis. If an ordered item becomes unavailable prior to the event, the customer will be notified and offered a substitute or refund.
Order Amendments
Once submitted, orders cannot be amended. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.
Liability
Playbill (or the designated merchandise provider) will not be liable for any loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by failure to collect within the allocated time or by providing incorrect order details.
Event Access
Entry to the venue for order collection is subject to the event organiser’s security and access conditions. Please ensure your representative has appropriate access accreditation if required.
